MaloStar Vitale SK 11 for 1000 litres
The MaloStar® Vitale SK11 can be used for both red and white wine production. Inoculation towards the end of alcoholic fermentation (residual sugar approx. 4 g/L) or immediately after fermentation is advisable for the optimum BSA process.
MaloStar® Vitale SK11 is also ideally suited for simultaneous inoculation.
