LittoFresh® Most is a powder product without casein components, based on plant protein, cellulose, PVPP and silicates.
LittoFresh® Most has a preventive effect against oxidation and bitterness in white and rosé wines. It removes oxidisable phenolic components and preserves freshness. It removes undesirable notes such as bitterness or green notes in unripe grapes, as well as slight off-flavours caused by microorganisms.
LittoFresh® Most is non-allergenic and does not require labelling and is approved in accordance with Regulation (EC) 2019/934 of the European Commission. National regulations must be checked by the user. Tested for purity and quality
