LittoFresh® Must is a powder product free from casein components, based on plant protein, cellulose, PVPP and silicates.
LittoFresh® Most helps prevent oxidation and bitterness in white and rosé wines. It removes oxidisable phenolic components and helps preserve freshness. It removes both undesirable notes, such as bitterness or green notes from unripe grapes, and slight off-flavours caused by microorganisms.
LittoFresh® Must is non-allergenic and not subject to labelling requirements. Authorised under Regulation (EC) 2019/934 of the European Commission. Users must check national regulations. Tested for purity and quality.
