Fruit and berry grinders OM10 (preferably to be used with OP10-40)
"OM" a fruit mill with a first-class reputation! Berries, grapes and pomaceous fruit are ground quickly and effortlessly in a single pass. The result is an optimum mash for maximum yield during pressing. The two hooked rollers, which rotate at different speeds, quickly grasp the material to be ground and pull it through the grinder. For example, the "OM10" can grind approx. 10 kg of pome fruit in around 4 minutes. All parts in contact with the product are made of food-safe materials (hopper, bearings and gears made of plastic, hook shafts made of acid-resistant, lead-free aluminium, frame made of hardwood). The grinders can be easily dismantled and are therefore ideal and quick to clean.
