Order process

1. Shopping basket

Select the products you would like to order by clicking on the "Add to basket" button. This will place your selection in the shopping basket. You can change this selection at any time until you send your order by changing the number of products, deleting the selection by clicking on the "Remove" box or cancelling the order process. Clicking on the "Checkout" button will take you to the next order step. When entering the quantity, please pay attention to the unit in which you are ordering. The prices are sometimes given per piece, but also per kg, per 100 or per 1000. If in doubt, it is best to check whether you have selected the correct quantity based on the amount spent.

2. Checkout

Please log in with your e-mail address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data will be collected, processed and used in compliance with data protection regulations(data protection notice). Your data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties. If you are already registered, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the "Continue" button, you will be taken to the next order step.

3. Check billing address / select payment method

Now check your billing address and enter your desired payment method. Clicking the "Continue" button will take you to the next order step.

4. Check shipping address / select shipping method

Now check your shipping address and enter your desired shipping method. Clicking the "Continue" button will take you to the next order step.

5. Finalise order process / General terms and conditions and data protection

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address and your contact details. Check that all details are correct and please read the general terms and conditions and cancellation policy carefully. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy (tick the box). By clicking on the "Buy now" button, you are sending your order to us. By doing so, you are submitting a legally binding offer. We will check whether all goods are in stock and whether they can be dispatched "normally". Some of our products are better and sometimes cheaper shipped by a forwarding agent or it is advisable to make two packages instead of one (e.g. for bottles or sensitive equipment where the dead weight is already so high that sufficient protective packaging can no longer be used, or for bulky goods). In such cases, we will inform you of the final total order value with a corrected confirmation or our invoice. You can agree to this new request by "silence" or reconfirmation, or object to it. In the latter case, no order will be placed. For this reason, it is always advisable to wait a little before making your transfer!

Right of cancellation for consumers
