Product information "OP Fruit and berry presses in various sizes"
OP" is easy to use, effortless and safe to operate! The desired pressing pressure of 4-5 bar is achieved easily and without great effort thanks to the high transmission ratio of the wear-free pressure unit. The high pressure results in an optimum yield of up to 70% and a fast pressing process, e.g. "OP10" approx. 25 litres of juice per hour The lever movement during the pressing process always takes place from above with your own body weight and not from the side as with conventional presses. The press always remains stable and can be operated without great effort, even by children. The mash and juice do not come into contact with metal. The basket and press bed are made of long-seasoned beech wood and stainless steel rings, the spindle comes from above and therefore does not stand in the mash or juice. The frame of the press can be swivelled backwards, which makes filling and emptying the press much easier. The grinder (not included) can also be placed directly on top of the basket without any problems, and it can be cleaned very quickly as all parts that come into contact with the juice can be removed individually.
